First FinTech Bot at Provident Penzugyi Zrt.
It is our great honor to announce that Grape Solutions Plc. introduced and launched Provident Chatbot, the 1st customer relationship management and AI-based FinTech bot available in the Hungarian FSI sector. The application is shelled into Facebook Messenger and provides for Provident Penzugyi Zrt’s customers and prospects an intuitive Q&A-based support for finding the most appropriate loan product. Integrating chatbot functionality into customer relationship management is considered as a real game changer in the history of Hungarian FinTech community and a key cornerstone for realizing efficient FSI digital transformation. Underlying technology is based on Microsoft Bot Framework as an Azure public cloud service for text interpretation (Microsoft Cognitive Services – LUIS (Language Understanding Intelligence Service) as well as for vocabulary and knowledge base management (Microsoft Cognitive Services – QnA Maker). System development is governed by iterative methodology, 1st release has been available since 27th April 2017.
Next to the significant decrease in customer service/center workload, Bot application enriches the loan application (qualification/scoring) process with new Customer experience and provides Provident call center with far more accurate follow-up and more effective Customer reach-out.
Chatbot developed by Grape Solutions Plc. interprets and understands messages based on artificial intelligence and machine learning. Due to underlying Microsoft Azure technology and infrastructure, dynamic scalability (in case of peak overload) and extreme high availability is ensured.
